Based on 2.5 lbs per acre (low disease pressure or preventative treatment), it's pretty simple... 1 Tbl per gallon of water:

MilStop	Water	Sq Ft
1 Tbl	1 gallon	500
2 Tbl (or 1/8 cup)	2 gallons	1000
4 Tbl (or 1/4 cup)	4 gallons	2000

If additional disease control is needed, increase the application rate in the second week to 1.25 Tbl per gallon of water. Continue increasing the weekly application rate in 0.25 Tbl per gallon increments until desired disease control is obtained. Do not exceed 2 Tbl per gallon of water per week (equivalent to 5 lbs. per acre per week).
